After installing 4.1 on Win 95, it will not progress past opening screen. It will go to "TCP/IP" loaded successfully and then remains with a busy mouse sign forever. I deleted the Fonts file that is mentioned in the "Read Me" file, but the problem persists. Does anyone know if this is a glitch with a fix?? Thanks.

It is not patched to v3. The TCP is correct. The problem persists even when I install to a non-networked status. Thanks.

I am my own self-taught network builder and administrator. I have 8 copies of FM on Ethernet via Appletalk and have FileMaker Pro Server 3.0. I would like to add a Windows machine via TCP to the same network. It appears I need to give and address to the server, but I cannot find a lot of information. Can I make up a number?? Can I steal one from my IP since my local network is not online? Is ther more to the connection than this? Thanks for the help.
