I am new to the forums and I am sure this topic has been discussed, but...
FileMaker 3.0 and 4.0 use 99% of the CPU when any FMP dialog box is open under Windows 2000. This is a real problem, especially for laptop users (try leaving a dialog box [eg: ScriptMaker] open for awhile on an 800MHz laptop and see how hot it gets!)
Does anyone have some background information on this problem? Does FileMaker, Inc recognize the problem?
Thank you.
