You'll have to excuse of ignorance in FileMaker Pro. I have a Filemaker 5 DB with over 2,000 records running on MAC OS 9.1. Each record has fields that detail company information, name, address, etc. I need to export these records into a Word or Excel File so that they come out like the following example... Acme Lawn Mowers 222 James Street Anytown, NJ 90210 When I export the records (doesn't matter what type I choose) I select the particular fields that I want to export and then click the export button. The only problem is that when I convert the document to Word, Excel, HTML, or whatever the fields are listed across the page like so... Acme Lawn Mowers 222 James Street Anytown NJ 90210 I need to mave the fields on seperate lines like shown in the first example in order to create mailing labels. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
