create a relationship between staffnames and allnames. this relation will be to a feild called NAMETYPE(just an example but what ever it is called make shure that it is the same in each data base)and set it to autoenter "staffname"from with in the staffname database with in the allname make a pull down box that containing a list of types of names ie "cust name" Staff Name" this box will also be called NAMETYPE. and any files with the matching detales will be drawn in to the staffname. just an idea to get you going if there is any problem let me kknow and will make one for you
