I am logged into the db on the server as admin with full access, the db is closed on the server, no one is accessing except me. I am trying to change the sequence of the accounts in Accounts & Priviedges and I get the error "This action cannot be performed because this file is not modifiable." Any idea why? Thanks!

Is it best to clean up bad file references before or after conversion to FM7?

We were looking at a group scheduling product called TeamAgenda that can sync with FileMaker. It was written by a company called TeamSoft from Montreal, Canada. All attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know if they are still in business? Any help is greatlly appreciated. Thanks!

If I do a find on a non-numberic work order number field looking for work order 1. I then get a found set of records with work order number 1, 10, 11, 12, ...etc. What am I doing wrong? I just want to find Work order 1. Thanks for your help.

I am using FM7 on a mac and have a customer layout with a portal to invoices. I click a button to go and add an invoice and then return to the customer layout with the invoice portal. The new invoice record does not appear in the portal until I click somewhere on the layout. After adding the record, I am using the "Commit" option. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help!
