Asks for account name, password. Can't open $^%&%

Tried that, thanks, but no luck. It states: "The account name and password you entered does not match those for any filemaker account." It happens to every database I create. Or have sent over by someone. -
It just locks me out. Asks for account name and password or whether I want to change the password. I never created a password. I create a file, save it and the next time I can't get in. What is going on?
