Background info: Mac OS X 10.3.9. Trying to install Filemaker Pro 7. I'm a web developer who is overly confident on PCs and Unix-based systems but this new gig has me working in a cubicle on a Mac and I'm losing my mind (what's with only one mouse button? Weird). Anywho, trying to get a trial of FMP7 on this computer so I can debug an application I wrote. When I go to install this trial version, I get to the page where I have to specify Custom or Easy Install. Whichever I choose, on the next page when it is doing the actual installation, it stops a little bit into it and takes me back to the page where I have to specify install type. I have tried both custom and easy install and get the same result. I WAS able to install the English language pack, and it looks like the installation stops on application install at OpenSSL (unsure... don't quote me on that, though I tested this theory numerous times) each time. Any ideas? Remember I'm not overly confident on Macs, so there could be a simple solution to this. -Daphne
