  1. I have a database that has four value lists that draw their content from a second Filemaker file. This works perfectly in the first FM file. However, when I share the first FM file via Instant Web Publishing, the content of those value lists doesn't appear when accessed via a web browser. Both the first and second databases are open and being shared in Instant Web Publishing. Does anyone know of a fix to this problem?
  2. I have a layout that has text for a form letter. There is some conditional text that changes the length of the letter from one record to another. I want to place a JPG of a signature close to the bottom of the letter. I can't figure out how to do that in a way that the graphic repositions itself depending on the length of the letter. By contrast, this is very easy to do in Word. Any suggestions?
  3. I have a simple database with two tables: People and Donations. The People table contains contact information on donors. The Donation table contains records of each donation. The two tables are linked via a Person ID number. The list of donations from the Donation table appears in each record in a layout in the People table via a portal. All of this works fine. I want to create a letter as a layout in the People table and use data from a field in the Donation table in that letter as a merge field. I have been able to do this successfully EXCEPT if more than one Donation record exists for a donor, I have not been able to figure out how I can select the specific Donation record I want to appear in the merge field. Help and advice will be much appreciated.
