Looking for Ideas. I am developing a custom accounting program for an After School Program.
1. This program needs to keep track of fees, payments, and late fees.
Fees have two rates
Regular fee 1 hr –2.00 2nd hour 3.00 3rd hour is 4.00
Special rate fee 1 hr –3.00 2nd hour 3.00 3rd hour is 3.00
Fees change yearly.
Late fees are an extra 1.00 per 15 mins over.
I am thinking of using a drop down menu to select- fees, payments, and late fees
2. I will also need to keep track of previous months balance.
