Thanks John. I have a database of coach information including: coach first name, coach last name, coach cell #, coach email, school address, school city, etc. I have a separate database with recruit information and their coaches information. What I'd like to do when I add a new record is when I type in the high school name, the coach information automatically is entered. I hope this helps. I appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

Hi, I hope this is the correct forum for this topic. I'm the recruiting coordinator for UW-Stevens Point's Football program. I have a file with high school coaches and their demographic data and I have a file with our current high school recruits. I would like to have all the coaches demographic data automatically show up when I type in the corresponding high school name in the high school recuiting file. How do I do this? Thanks!
