Web Viewer in Web Direct with "No Applet" has no buttons

FM 13, SuperContainer 2.9

Web Viewer in Web Direct on iOS ( iPad ) using "No Applet" shows the image,  but has no buttons to "delete" or "Upload"

What am I missing ?

This issue was resolved via our support system. For anyone coming across a similar issue the problem was an outdated SuperContainer web app. If you are seeing a similar issue be sure to check that you are using the most up to date version and update as necessary. You can test to see what version of SuperContainer you are using by going to HOSTNAMEORIPADDRESS/SuperContainer in a browser.

Is your SuperContainer server accessible externally? Could you provide the URL and the style parameters you are using with the web viewer that doesn't show create/delete buttons?

I did a uninstall and re-install and now it works...
