Hello,

I am new to this form with minimum knowledge on FM and plugins,I have recently purchased Enterprise License.

I have created a purchase order template in a word document thereby using scribe to do find and replace, the resulting document is also a word document.

Actually, I need that to be saved as pdf file(Convert word document into PDF file).

Scribe can not convert a file .docx to .pdf, as it can't generate PDF files. Would it be possible to start with a PDF that Scribe could then edit?

Hello Mr Ben,

Could you just insert the PDF on to the layout? Then overlay the fields and export as a PDF?

Can you please show how to insert PDF on to the layout.

In layout mode, go to the Insert menu. Click "Picture...". Select the PDF you want to insert. You may need to mess with sizing and margins, etc. But that's it.
