Is there any way to trigger a script to increment a number field in the solution each time the solution is downloaded by a user?

Ideally the number would be incremented before the download.

My users download a full copy of the solution each time.

No, there's not. However, there is a field in the MirrorSync table that increments with a unique number after the first time the file is synced. Is that helpful?
