Error 1628? (MS 3.11006)

I believe this is a FileMaker error, passed thru by MirrorSync. Seems there's a FileMaker Server (15.02 under 10.12) corroborate?

And how's the best way to shutdown MS 3.11006? I have ghost connections I can't, but believe I should, terminate.

FileMaker reports error 1628 as "There was an error with SSL"
