rodland Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 Hi everyone, I have generated my keys : - Amazon access key - Amazon secret key Run TEST... ...The following error appears <Error><Code>OptInRequired</Code><Message>You are not subscribed to this service. Please go to http://aws.amazon.com to subscribe.</Message></Error> view image attach To what service should I subscribe? regards rodeand
Ben360Works Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 Can you confirm that those are the correct access key and secret key? The secret key looks a bit shorter than most I've seen. Possibly a '/' that prevented copying the full key.
rodland Posted November 14, 2016 Author Posted November 14, 2016 Hi,... The keys are correct, ... I shorten them (for the image) regards Rodland
Ben360Works Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 The only reason I mention it is that it seems to be related to the account not existing or being fully activated. That is an error we get back from AWS. If you go in to your AWS console can you create an EC2 instance?

Ben360Works Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 You will need to move your AWS account out of sandbox mode to be able to send mail to unverified addresses. You can find instructions for doing that here. Normally that request to move out of sandbox is approved quickly and then you should be able to send mail to anyone.
rodland Posted December 9, 2016 Author Posted December 9, 2016 Request the increase, ... and AWS did NOT approve. << "We regret to inform you that we cannot grant your request for increased Amazon SES sending limits in AWS Region US East (N. Virginia) at this time. We have determined that your use of Amazon SES may adversely impact our services. For further information about our policies, please review our Acceptable Use Policy and Service Terms:" >> Any advice, I want to use cloudmail for marketing my company regards rodland
ryan360Works Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Hi Rodland, There's not much we can do as far as that goes. I recommend resubmitting your request but alter it so that it complies with Amazons Acceptable Use Policy.
