Instant Web Publishing (FM 11) alternative for FM 14

FM11 had instant web publishing. We have a FM database hosted in FM 14 advanced (not FM server).  We want someone to do data entry the way we used to with instant web publishing in a browser.

How to do this? Web direct requires FM server?

WebDirect is the IWP replacement and it does require FMS.
