Sync failed/aborted with no error message

We have iPads on slow/shaky internet. They regularly fail to sync and this is not entirely unexpected. We get the error message:

Unexpected response from MirrorSync server:

The message is blank after the colon as you can see in the attachment. I have instructed the users to "Report Bug" mainly so that you might get a log and be able to identify the actual cause of the failure for us.

If you are on MirrorSync Version 3, update to the current version 3.17. You can download it from our website http://360works.com/filemaker-sync/ and use the link "Download the current version". You will need to recopy/paste the new script steps as changes are on the client side.
