Open Script not always running

I run scheduled scripts with the oazium events software. At X time it sends a "open script" command and the file opens. Upon opening of a file, as specified in the file, it runs X script. Unfortunatly, at random times it doesn't execute when the file was opened. Any ideas why?

I know that "Open script" won't run under these conditions:

1. The file is already open

2. The file opened because of a relationship

3. The file is opened because of a value list

4. The file is opened because of an external script call

Could be a bug in the plugin. Email the author.
