If you want it to show when your records are sorted by Customer Name, then change it's definition accordingly.
Ali A. Posted June 10, 2017 Author Posted June 10, 2017 hi sir how can I fix it? can you edit my project?

Double click the sub-summary part's label to open the Part Definition dialog. Change the selected field from Sort to Customer Name. IMPORTANT: To get the display shown in your original post (where the sub-summary part is shown once for every letter of the alphabet), leave the sub-summary part as it is. When sorting records, include the Sort field in the sort order - i.e. sort by Sort first, then by Customer Name. Edited June 10, 2017 by comment
