Steve Martino
Was checking out the map function-from the Contacts layout. It doesn't show the marker on the map. The address is correct, the lat and lng are populated, and the customer is marked as active. It showed markers the first time I opened it, but not now. I even went back to my zip file, unzipped, and opened a fresh version-no luck. Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated. Jonathan Hogle
Hey Steve, So we were able to resolve this issue, if you want to fix it now, instead of downloading the latest version, here's how: 1.) Go to the Map in FMSP 2.) Select the "Settings" Button in the top right corner 3.) Paste this Link: "https://dl.dropbox.com/s/hbkqi859pny6wdx/Green.png?dl=0" In the "Active icon" box 4.) Paste this link: "https://dl.dropbox.com/s/tvop31nebahskvw/Red.png?dl=0" In the "Inactive Icon" box That's it, that will allow the icons to display as normal. Thanks! Steve Martino
Thanks Jonathan for your help. I'm out of town for another week so I'll give it a go when I get back. Just wanted to respond and say thanks (while I have some wifi!).
