March 21, 20187 yr Is there a way to check a log determine why some records would be missing a PDF in the container? users in the field will generate a PDF and store that pdf in to a container when done with inspection then later sync that to the server the operation is one way sync Remote > Server. Yesterday's inspections had a few records with out pdf attachments and users reported no errors
March 23, 20187 yr Good Afternoon, Any errors would be logged in the MirrorSync logs at the following location: Mac: Library/360Works/Applications/logs/MirrorSync.YYYY-MM-DD.log Windows: Program Files\360Works\Applications\logs\MirrorSync.YYYY-MM-DD.log If you want to send those logs to [email protected], or submit a bug report, by going to the MirrorSync launch page and selecting "Send Problem Report and Log Files", we could take a look at them also.
