May 14, 20187 yr How can I determine what keeps causing our Zulu server to stop syncing with Google? We have been using Zulu server to sync with Google for the past couple of years. Over the past few months Zulu stops syncing after just a few days. To correct the problem I must log in, toggle off the auto-sync feature, perform a manual sync, and then turn the auto-sync back on. May 17, 20187 yr When auto-sync stops working, please select "Email Log File" on the Zulu Sync Admin page and we can look at the logs to see what caused the sync to fail.
May 17, 20187 yr Author I would like to view this log file. Can you please tell me where it is located on a Mac?
