July 11, 20187 yr Hi , i am in the process of intergrating the 360works email plugin into my solution , working great so far, for one issue , every couple of emails sent out of the solution fails , i get an error message as below Any ideas why this happens , i have tested the outgoing server many times and that works great , what does this error mean , i would appreciate if someone could help me out on this , i would want it all working before i go ahead and purchase the license.
July 11, 20187 yr Looks like the connection to the mail server was closed for whatever reason. However, I am not sure this is one of our error messages as I have never seen it and windows popped up by our plugins typically have the name of the plugin as the title of the window like so "360Works Email". I also can't find that error message in our code. Are you using the native script step "Send Mail"? If so, then this does not use our plugin but rather native FileMaker functionality. If you are not using that script step, please send us your plugin logs to [email protected]. See this page for log locations. Please make sure to reproduce the issue and then send the logs before any restarts of FileMaker as restarting will overwrite the logs. It will also be helpful to send a screen shot of your script as well.
