Hi there... been trying REALLY hard to do this but I can't please guide me.

 

It should be a really simple recursive function:

 

UPPER CASE each line of a value list which starts "~~"

 

Eg:

 

INPUT:

 

~~header 1

some text

some more

~header 2

some new text

also text

 

OUTPUT:

~~HEADER 1

some text

some more

~HEADER 2

some new text

also text
