john9210 Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 When I set a text object as a button to perform a script, it becomes “Grouped”. I find selecting the text for editing is very difficult. One option is to ungroup the object but then the button is deleted. Is there a simple way to select and edit the text without ungrouping it? comment Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 The simplest way is to choose the text tool, then click into the text and edit. You can also select the group button, then click again inside it to select the text object, then double-click to edit. Or show the Objects pane and select the text object from there.
