This edition of this book was published back in 2009, we had First and Second editions in 07 and 08.

Even though the contents is somewhat out of date much of it is still valid, to preserve this as a historical document it is here for your enjoyment. 

Originally we had produced double sided wall posters back in 2006

 

 

I've found references to a "The Everything Reference 4", is that a more recent version? If not, will the reference ever get an update?
