joshua-rivers-digital Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 Hello Reliant, So without seeing the logs I cannot say for certain one way or the other what may be happening, however, I usually only see this when there is corrupt sync data. Can you please go to your MirrorSync launch page and click the Send problem report and log files link. Fill out the form and that will send us the logs. I will be able to see better what is going on and provide assistance through our support channel. Thank you! Joshua

The only MirrorSync layout we have in the solution currently does not have a "Send Problem" option. I believe we are running MirrorSync 4
nick360Works Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 Hi Reed, To reach the Launch Page, please open a web browser and navigate to yourserveraddress/MirrorSync or localhost/MirrorSync, then click the link that says "Send Problem Report".
