So many modules have been developed under Scriptmaster that I dare to ask the question: does anyone know of a function that would acquire an image by scanning it from a scanner?

I do this using TwainSave (http://www.dynarithmic.com/details_twainsave.html) which is only for Windows but there might be a similar utility for Mac. Twainsave is a cli tool, and I invoke it from FM using BaseElements, take an image from a scanner and import it into a container.
