dmcs Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 Hi. I have a client using PayFlow as the gateway. They're getting intermittent errors with the message: Number coming through with it is a -1. They will get that error, and then try running it through again with no changes and it will work fine. I have searched the PayFlow documentation and googled around and found no mention of this error or any clues as to what it may mean. I have told them to contact PayFlow to see if they have any logs on their end, but in my experience, PayFlow is not known for their outstanding support. If anyone has any similar experience that can shed some light on this, please let me know. Thank you.

Please have your client reproduce the issue and then send them to us at [email protected] and reference this thread. We can look and see if there is more information as to what is causing the exception. See this page for log locations.
