Anyone can suggest how to make Dropdown List with Month & Year.

Feb-19 and so on.

This is not easy, because value lists based on field data (I presume you want your values to come from a field?) are always sorted alphabetically. There are methods to prepend some invisible characters to the calculated value to make it sort in the wanted order, but I would not suggest these to a beginner. Perhaps you could use a portal in a popover instead?
