May 15, 20205 yr Hi, Hope everyone is keeping well,I have a little issue, I am getting this error for quite a few email addresses when sending out through cloud mail, i cant see any obvious reason for it. An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients: [email protected] It is not just one domain that is throwing up the error. All SPF, DKIM are set up along with DNS. I have checked the email that was sent out for spam on mail-tester and it scores 8.3 out of 10. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
May 18, 20205 yr Hi AndyN, In order to troubleshoot, we will need to see the plugin logs. Please be sure to reproduce the issue you are seeing and then send the logs to [email protected] before any restarts of FileMaker as restarting will overwrite the logs . This will create a support case for you in our support system. You can reference this thread in the body of the email. Please see this page for log locations.
