Is there a test mode for Authorize.net where I can use a test transaction key, and a test merchant ID so that when I'm testing the PCCC I can get a positive transaction result?

I reached out to you via email as you also touched base with our support line.  Essentially, you would need to set up a sandbox account with Authorize.Net in order to use testing credentials for the FM Credit Card plug-in. You can do so by visiting the website that Ocean West posted (https://developer.authorize.net/hello_world.html).  I've also included links below to a helpful testing guide from Authorize.Net indicating different settings that can be used for testing their gateway, as well as instructions on how to acquire your merchant ID and transaction key.
