How to save PDF on server side folder?

Hello, im running FMS 19 hosted in a Windows Server 2012 , I would like to know if it is possible with a server side script to save a pdf in a folder located in the server? 

I need to export the invoices to that server folder.

On server you can output it to the FMS documents folder

I believe you will need some other OS level software to move it to another directory.

how to do that? how can I export the pdf to the FMS documents folder with a perform server script command?

You will need to use BaseElements Plugin to export PDF from container to that folder path.
