Tooltips not working on Linux

This is a strange one, but Tooltips do not work in WebDirect on Linux.

Tried in Chrome (and Firefox) on Windows and it works fine but doesn't work in Linux. I appreciate Firefox is not supported but tried it to see if it's platform or browser specific.

 

What's odd is Chrome has a shared codebase but presumably this is something in WebDirect.


Anyone else experienced this?

Claris have now acknowledged this is a bug.

Hopefully it will be fixed in the next version of FileMaker Server.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
