Multiple portal to remove the scrolling

Is there a way to achieve this? Example i have 36 record, then i need to show only 5 record per portal. I have a total of 4 portals which bring me 20 records showing. Since 36 record can't fit on 20 row, I should  have a button next and back. below is the sample, Number represents the record

portal 1       portal 2      portal 3     portal 4

1                 6                 11                16

2                7                  12                17

3                8                  13               18

4                9                  14               19

5                10                 15               20

Under the portal there's a button next or back. When i hit next i should show something like this

portal 1       portal 2      portal 3     portal 4
