Recently I've upgraded to Pro 19 and I noticed the arrow icons are gone in layout mode. It's pain in the neck to go to another layout. Any tips are welcome.

in layout mode right click and customize the tool bar

 

or when in layout hit command-option-k to get access to Open quick layout start typing to find a layout.
