I have a layout which is a list of names and addresses.  There are 7 records and on the layout they are displayed from top to bottom. However, because he list is too long to fit on one page, when I print this list, the last two records print as a partial second column (apparently they are too wide) and not as a second page. How can I get the list to print as only one column and when it reaches the bottom of the page, print on a new page instead of as another column?

Additional information.  Sorry. I'm using Filemaker 19 on Windows 7.

Thanks for your suggestions.  I decided to do a new layout and your comments helped.  I now have a single column which prints on two pages as I wanted it to do.
