Cannot access print options.

Use the Control Panel to set up an active printer

W98, HP Brio, FM5.52

FileMaker is the ONLY application doing this. Everything else on that machine is printing.

All other machines -- site license -- have no problem.

Windows where reinstalled on that machine -- still no luck.

Hi,

FM Techsupport suggested to use old HP LJ 4 driver for this big HP 4100N printer.

LJ4? That printer is ancient. The idea that they want you to use that old of a driver seems to ask for more problems. What do you think?

Well, if it is working and the proper one not, the choice is simple.

So far the user didn't report any problems.
