Tomcat software is installed as part of Filemaker Server19. If is removed, is it going to break the functionality of the Filemaker Server?

Try; I believe the answer is: Depends on which parts of the FileMaker 19 Server you use. I would imagine that the admin panel and the thrift layer in which is behind the DATA API would both require tomcat to run. Not sure though. Just my 2 cents worth.
