Toolbars for FM GO

A while back I did something so that top/bottom toolbars would display dark (as seen in attached photo) rather than the customary white, but I forget how I did it and the phone screen displays white bars.

 

Any help getting dark bars on the iPhone layout?

I didn't change anything in the iPad OS as far as I recall.

Yeah but sometimes IOS updates do.
