Disappearing Data when running a Script

Good afternoon -

I am creating a recurring invoicing system on FMP 5.5 and OS 9 & X.

I have some scripts that "post" my data out to another piece of software and also print an invoice for the customer. More times then not - when I run this script the LineItems portal will magically clear itself. There are no script steps that have it clear this information - it just does this every once in a while.

Does anyone - have any clues to as why this is happening?

Sounds to me as though the relationship link is broken by the script -- perhaps some data is being altered.
