Text formating issue.

IOS 17, iPhone 13. 

On my file, I have a couple fields that are setup to format the text as all caps.  It works fine on the laptop, but on the phone, it's not formatting the text as caps.  Is there anything I need to set differently?

Also, when entering numbers, is there a way to make FM Go change the keyboard to a number pad instead of the regular keyboard?
