I'm sure this is a rank newbie question, and its not strictly neccesary, but is it possible to refer to a grandchild related field directly? That is to say, if I'm in file A, and its related to B, and B to C, can I type a calculation in A with this in it:

RelToB::RelToC::FieldInC

Not directly from A. What you need to do is to setup a field (or fields) in B which reference the data in C. Then you can reference those fields in A.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Too bad, that'd be nice. Just like filepaths kinda. Would really make the structure of some of my dbs less difficult to follow
