CDML Reference in FM Dev 5.5 says the following in describing [FMP-IF] tag:

First parameter: The left side of the operator. Can be one of the following reserved words:

Boolean comparisons

CanDelete - Do password privileges allow for deleting records?

CanEdit - Do password privileges allow for editing records?

CanNew - Do password privileges allow creation of new records?

IsSorted - Is the database currently sorted?

Please Explain..

Specially whether the password privilege means password for the user or password that the database was opened with in FMP.

Also, Has anyone used these parameters?

I have used this with the 'Web Security' database. I have used 'CanDelete' and [FMP-If] to add a link to delete the record or not.
