I locked myself out of my database

I setup a startup script that automatically puts in the default password when the database is opened and it has very few privileges. How do I force Filemaker to prompt me for the master password which I have? It seems like this should be simple, but now everytime I open my database I'm stuck with the default permissions. Please help!

Hi:

During Startup:

Windows - hold down Shift key

Mac - hold down Control key (or Option, I can't remember which)
