can anyone tell me if this is possible:

I want to have a dialog popup with two popup lists. Departments (list 1) and Operations (list 2). After choosing a Department, I want a set of operations specific to that department.

I can do this in FM now but not in a popup dialog as desired. This is an effort to streamline some user data entry.

Right now I am wondering if I will have to use two dialogs.

The ScriptIt plugin from Comm-Unity Network Systems www.cnsplugins.com will allow you to setup these cascading dropdown menus.

While CaptKurt didn't explicitly exclude Troi, it won't do what you want in one call, since it doesn't know how to narrow the 2nd drop down list. You obviously could create an FM layout that would do what you want, but I think it's kind of kludgy to do it this way (as I'm sure you know).
