JerrySalem Posted October 14, 2002 Posted October 14, 2002 Very Newbie question, but I can't seem to find a straight answer on the FM web site. I have a simple XML document created in another app. Basically a flat spreadsheet of info. I would like to be able to open it in FM6, really just to view it. But I can't seem to get FM6 to either open it or import it. I think my problem is that I need to define a XSL style sheet. How do I do this? My platform (for this project is NT4) TIA Jerry
Anatoli Posted October 14, 2002 Posted October 14, 2002 Try http://www.filemaker.com/xml If it is not there then only few people knows something about XML -- not me, sorry.
beverly Posted February 3, 2003 Posted February 3, 2003 You need to create an XSL stylesheet to transform your XML into the format that FileMaker likes: FMPXMLRESULT. See the Filemaker site for information about the XSLT library. Bev
