recommendation for book/website

Does anyone know of a good book/reference guide/website for using FMP online? I want something that explains all the various tags and their uses in a straightforward manner. I don't want to have to dig around for everything.

This is a pretty decent CDML reference for FMP 4. There are other similar resources at this site.
