I have a message appear on screen which contains about 7 lines of text. When the box opens, however, it only shows half of the text. The user has to drag the box to show all the text. This is a pest for the user. How do I make the box appear showing all the text?

Unfortunately this might not be the answer youre looking for. I know that on FM v5 when you resized dialog boxes then they would go back to the original size when you opened them again. In v5.5 the boxes will retain the shape you wanted the last time it was opened. So if you have at least 5.5 then you can show the message and resize it yourself. The next time it opens it should keep that size. Any earlier than 5.5 and youre out of luck.

A kinda bush league way around it is to create a layout with all your text and point to that instead of Show Message.

You can also try breaking it in to 2 Show Messages so that there is less text in each, therefore it should all fit.
