Choosing the default browser for the "open URL" script

According to the FMP help:

On Windows it opens the default browser specified in 'URL.DLL'.

On Mac it opens the default browser specified by 'Internet Config'.

How can I tell FM to always launch a specifc browser when a "open URL" script is executed? What happens is that I have several buttons in my database with the "Open URL" script and with some buttons it launches IE and with others Netscape but I only want the later.
